The personal trainers are highly qualified and they make working out something to look forward too. The space has great energy, and well maintained. I’ve been attending classes since its opening and I am so pleased with my results, stronger, and more flexibility, these are my goals as a woman in my 50’s. They really listen and help you achieve your fitness goals!

Synergy is such a wonderful studio - bright, warm, and tastefully designed. Mattey Tibbetts is an excellent Pilates instructor - he inspires with humor, gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement. I have toned up quickly and am in much better shape thanks to his weekly mat classes! And Marisa Myer's equally excellent Reformer classes have taught me new and better techniques to strengthen my core and prevent back pain. I highly recommend them!

The studio is beautiful and evokes a calmness that makes a visit even more pleasurable. Mattey is an excellent Pilates instructor with many years of experience. He gauges each person’s abilities and confidence level and works hard to make sure each person achieves their goals. And he is a hoot to work with.

I only have positive things to say about Synergy. I take pilates regularly from both Matty and Santee. I leave the workouts feeling a sense of accomplishment. The studio is extremely clean, and has an all-around great vibe to it. No criticisms or negative things can I say about the entire staff. There's no other place in the area that I'd go to get a workout. And having great massage therapists on site is an added bonus! Love, love love this studio and it's personnel.

As someone completely new to Pilates, I wasn't sure what to expect — but from my very first class, I absolutely fell in love. The calm, welcoming energy of the studio instantly puts you at ease, and instructor Santee is truly exceptional. Their guidance is thoughtful, clear, and encouraging, making it easy to feel comfortable no matter your experience level. It's quickly become one of the highlights of my week. I always leave feeling more grounded, strong, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, supportive space to begin or deepen your Pilates journey.

Jenisa truly has magic hands and I cannot praise her enough for all that she brings to the table. She’s a very skilled practitioner, reliable, kind, and creates a safe and calming environment. She has been my massage therapist through complex medical circumstances and I have been, and am, truly grateful to have her as a part of my team.
